Park Hyatt Siem Reap

Lovely decor and attentive staff. A nice little oasis in the middle of a somewhat chaotic Siem Reap. Would recommend this to anyone as a first choice when visiting Angkor Wat.

Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choices and the complementary back massage was a bonus along with fresh coconut water.

The entrance and lobby area seemed a little small and often crowded.

Great hotel, excellent service, heartwarming staff, impeccable service, very attentive.The food was amazing, breakfast was a whole experience with coconuts, morning massage, artisans, lotus flowers and local food.The night show was an unexpected extra.

Beautiful, tranquil hotel in Siem Reap, close to a lot of bars and restaurants and more importantly close to the temples. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and will hopefully be back one day

Fantastic experience and Park Hyatt never fails to amaze! Facilities were truly luxurious and clean, food was great (both breakfast and dinner) and rooms were also really nice. We would love to stay more just to enjoy the hotel facilities more. All staff were exceptionally good, polite, professional and very helpful on any enquiry we had, helping with the tours, facilitating late check outs, etc. Special thanks to both Bunthorn and Vuoch who ensured we had a great stay!

It's not value for money. very expensive and without lawns/ grounds does not qualify as a " Park" Hyatt..reckon there is an amount that could be considered as location premium but beyond that it's very pricey..the menu was limited, portions at times small and highly priced. The rooms were very neat but amenities like the Television were average..the Smart TV was not Smart..

Unforgettable stay and thanks to all the team, very kind and helpful. The hotel is excellently kept and with a real resort vive. Very high quality breakfast with à la carte selection.

The hotel is perfectly central that means very good to move around however rooms facing the streets are noisy and not ideal if you have a light sleep.

Hospitality, design, style, location. Bed was great. Bathroom was beautiful.

If the A/C-AirCon is not set correctly or turned off while gone (cleaning staff shut it off) the room would have very wet floors and walls from the humidity. We almost fell inside the room because of the slippery floor. It took 2 requests to get this resolved, not something I expect from a Park Hyatt.

Beautiful getaway from the business of the city! Lovely accents of Cambodian culture, heritage and history. Wonderful and attentive staff who are engaged in the best experience for each guest. You can really see the pride that people take in their culture as there are a few events each evening to enjoy!!

When you are searching for the best hotel located in the heart of Siem Reap, Park Hyatt is the answer. The price is reasonable with the outstanding service and food. Will come back definetely

Swimming Pool, size of bedroom

Staff member forgot to book our car back to the airport, Also, same staff member tried to "sell" us the dinner outside at 19:00 although we were not hungry and it was 40 degrees outside.

We enjoying everything about Hyatt Siem Reap. Starting with the delicious and filling breakfast buffet, the pools, the excellent professional massage, the location of hotel, and the staff are always super sweet and attentive. Never a problem here and always fun to hear where other travelers are coming and going from. Worldwide hotel!

I like the view of the salt pool and the 1st floor pool very nice. Staffs are very nice . Mattress and pillows are very comfortable.

My locker room was not work when I left the room and I tested to open without using card and still openned it . I am not well as I booked the room for three people but the room is small as the for two people. You should upgrade the size for adding bed.I understand your style is focus on foreigner that they don't use toilet shower to make the toilet clean but culture of most asian need it. I will not recommend my friend not to go there because they asked me about that as the special.

Shouldn’t be a Park Hyatt anymore !

My experience at Park Hyatt Siem Reap is the worst Park Hyatt experience when comparing my previous stays at various Park Hyatt properties across Asia, including Ho Chi Minh, Tokyo, Bangkok, and Niseko. This particular one fell far short of my expectations and no longer deserves the Park Hyatt name. The hotel has lost its luxurious charm and service.My first visit in 2014 left me with nice memories, but returning this time was a mistake, which unfortunately ruined our Christmas holiday. It's evident that the hotel has lost its sense of luxury despite the premium prices.Initially, they offered to upgrade us to a suite for an additional $190, which we accepted. However, the room had a poorly designed terrace, providing no real value for our family. During the first two nights, the room's lights didn't work, and it took over an hour for the staff to attempt to fix it, leaving us to bathe our children in the dark. At 10pm, they finally suggested changing our room, but we declined and moved the next day. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was unreliable for the first two days, though they did waive the extra charges for those nights.Our Christmas dinner experience was mixed, with good food but a case of food poisoning for me. The restaurant had service issues, resulting in long waits for food, and we even had to cancel an order after waiting over 30 minutes. On the bright side, breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff there were helpful.To add to our frustration, they charged us $600 for laundry services, which seemed exorbitant. The hotel clearly needs urgent renovation and maintenance, as the gym is outdated, the equipment is limited, and the sound system and iPod shuffle felt like relics from the past.Moreover, they overcharge for almost everything, such as the $220 airport transfer, while we easily found a more affordable option.The staff, although polite and well-intentioned, do not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel.

The rugs and pashmina sales area was tucked away and we might have missed it. It should be advertise in other areas of hotel. The items for sale are unique and wonderful.

Amazing breakfast and inviting lobby/ beautiful facilities. Beautiful room. Great location. Great Cambodian dancing performance nightly.

Pool lacked some ambience and atmosphere. Quite expensive compared to other resorts around.
